Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Kielerlabs (CVR: 44806347) through kieler.dev.

Payment

Accepted payment methods may include cards, Stripe, and Vipps MobilePay. Payment is charged according to the selected product or subscription terms shown at checkout.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery normally starts immediately after successful payment.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right under applicable law. For digital products/services delivered immediately, the withdrawal right may end once delivery begins with your prior consent.

Returns and refunds

If a product cannot be delivered as agreed, or if required by law, a refund will be offered to the original payment method. For recurring payments, cancellations stop future charges and do not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by law.
